Michelle Brown AFCA
Abbotsford, British Columbia
Michelle Brown is a Canadian Artist whose creative journey began in early childhood, shaped by a rare throat disorder that made art her primary form of communication. From those formative years, she developed a deep appreciation for visual expression, carrying pencils, crayons and paper everywhere.
Encouraged by her early passion, Michelle began private oil painting lessons at age 10, which laid a strong foundation for her artistic development. She later pursued art education at the university level, where she transitioned to acrylics - a medium that continues to define her work today.

Delicate petals, bursts of vibrant colour, majestic mountains, and quirky animals - these wonders drive me to paint. Each day in my growing garden, family hikes, and scenic travels brings something new that inspires me.
