About the Artwork
The child soldier has a short hard life. I want to explore the hardship through the visual opposite. The joy and carefree attitude of these children is what all children want to experience but many do not have the option. The elements of humor can highlight the level of absurdity and pain experienced in areas of war where children are involved.
