To celebrate Canada's 150th Birthday, I wanted to honor our money and as our paper notes go out of production, I did not want to lose these iconic images, the beauty, really my history with them growing up. There is always interesting banknote facts, like the 1969 $1 banknote showcases Canada's Coat of Arms that states our motto, "A Mari Usque Ad Mare" which in latin means "From Sea to Sea".
As an added challenge for myself, if you count the currency, it adds up to "Canada$150.
