Inspired by a painting journey into the heart of the Kootenays in southeastern British Columbia, this painting captures the magic of September in the high alpine. The landscape was alive with incredible hues of red, orange, and yellow, offering a fleeting glimpse of autumn’s brilliance before winter returns to the mountains.
