About the Artwork
St. Mary’s Lake on Salt Spring Island has restrictions on gas motors on the lake. This contributes to the fostering of the natural environment. Away from the noise of traffic, the lake becomes an ideal place to hear and watch birds and listen to the peaceful lapping of water.
