As a multidisciplinary visual artist, Cat creates work in sculpture and in encaustic transfer. She has been stone carving since 2003, though it was two years spent in London, England, starting in 2010, that let the stone work really sink in, giving Cat both opportunity and time for weekly carving sessions and a wider range of technical skills. As well, Cat has always in been interested in light, memory, and photography, and in 2020 found a way to combine these in her photo transfer and encaustic work. She has enjoyed having dedicated studio space, in Vancouver, Canada, since 2017.
