About the Artwork
It was a windy evening on Heather Lake, notable as I entered the main part of the lake no longer sheltered by the small islands and peninsulas. While I made my way to the north part of the lake a beam of sunshine shot past the clouds to illuminate this part of an island. Along with the energy of the waves and the richness in the color of the water it made for a captivating scene.
