About the Artwork

I have treasured memories of these furry little acrobats coming right up to me in enclosures in Guadeloupe and Singapore. Lemurs sit in groups, sheltering the oldest members. Full of mischievous charm and curiosity, they're ever-vigilant with delightful surprised and guilty expressions. Since the collective noun for lemurs is a conspiracy, I named this view of ringtailed lemurs on a grassy slope Caught in a Conspiracy.
