Foraging for rose hips in the fall is a favourite activity for me. Waiting for one gentle frost to turn them very red seems to make for better tea. This piece is a diptych but could easily be hung separately.

Jeanette uses her art to understand who she is and her place in the world. She works mostly from memory and imagination to acheive the feeling tone of an image rather than a realistic one.
"I allow myself to be versatile with media and styles because it helps me feel alive while creating and opens me up to new ideas for more work."
