About the Artwork
This painting was brought to life en plein air amidst the rugged mountains of Ecuador, during a 9-week expedition. Throughout my journeys, I invariably pursue remote waterfalls that not only inspire me but also offer a tranquil respite from the sweltering climate. This voyage was a tapestry woven with adventures, diverse ecosystems, and the captivating essence of the local culture.
