About the Artwork

Over the last year Ive explored many kinds of mediums. But I keep coming back to a very small, old photo reference of my Grandma Isabel circa 1918. She has just married Jack after his return from the First World War. In the photo she is wearing an amazing hat and fur coat. Isabel looks so happy and radiant! Isabel’s Hat circa 1918 is mixed media on canvas 20 by 20. Isabel’s Coat circa 1918 is mixed media on paper. 36 by 24. Both pieces are finished with ArtResin.
