Stalking lions in the shadow of Mt. Kenya, the familiar white peak of Kilimanjaro rising above the elephant watering hole, the lush cloud forest of the Chyulu Hills, the loping giraffes of Samburu in Northern Kenya, the dramatic red capes and spears of warriors in the Maasai Mara, and the muscular leopards stretched out on the limbs of trees…..so many memories feed my dreams of Africa and emerge in the jewel colours and shapes of this special painting.
