This female figure is sitting on a towel in her swimsuit, flip flops kicked off, staring at the water. It is a moment of peace, calm, reflection and nature. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate something that has helped me through COVID isolation, those times in nature where everything felt okay, or that it would be okay again some day. It is from a live model who had the most lovely long limbs, a very graceful and elegant young lady.

"My sculptures are about the spark and spirit of a person or animal, not just their likeness. I want to bring the audience into that moment of hope, love, connection, positive self-image, faith and wonder."
