About the Artwork

How many times have you heard "Just Breathe?" It is great advice as it means to calm down and center yourself by focusing on your breath, whether in a moment of stress or to appreciate life's fleeting moments. It may also describe finding peace and connection with loved ones, even in silence, acknowledging mortality while cherishing time together, as interpreted from the 2009 Pearl Jam song.
