Andrea England is a watercolour artist and ocean addict. She lives aboard Island Prism, a little yellow sailboat which doubles as her studio. As she explores the waters of the Pacific Northwest, Andrea draws inspiration from the ever-changing colours and moods of the ocean and the rugged, sea-sculpted coasts.

Andrea is drawn to watercolour because of its translucency and slightly capricious nature. It also gives her an excuse to spend even more time playing around with water. White lines of untouched paper ripple through her work, enhancing the sense of motion and the feeling that ocean, air and earth are alive.
