Forests are a wonderful place to heal the spirit. Spending time amongst the trees offers us a sense of calm that its hard to find anywhere else. Some people prefer to take their forest bathing more literally, however- plunging in to the cool waters of Vancouver Island for a wild swim amongst the kelp forests. A great restorative for body, heart and soul!
