Life is about the journey, not the destination. As I experience life here on Vancouver Island, I am discovering amazing places such as Botanical Beach, the inspiration for this painting. The tide pools are alive with creatures at low tide and last time I visited I was lucky enough to see an octopus! I am constantly inspired by the beauty around me and exploring interesting new places such has become a passion of mine. I strive for the viewer to experience the same emotions of these moments that I am feeling while on this incredible journey.
