PBN 2013

The aim of the FCA is to bring together professional artists, art students and, art students and interested lay persons for the encouragement, appreciation and enchantment of the visual fine arts; to promote an improvement in the welfare, recognition and professional standing of practicing artists in the community; to stimulate public interest in the growth of Canadian culture and the work of art by Canadians and to improve the growth of emerging, as well as established artists, through its activities and programs. The proceeds from Paintings by Numbers go a long way to supporting these goals and programs. a huge thank you to contributing artists. A huge thank to the
