About the Artwork

Priced the same as last week's grocery shopping bill for our family of four in Kitimat BC, this proud patchwork made of meticulously cut mosaic tiles made of grocery packaging of items prepared or made in Canada.  While our southern neighbors may be fracturing, we remain united and resourceful on a true north strong shopping spree. The artist invites you reconsider perceptions in your pantry and explore the beauty and complexity of everyday objects and their economic impact.
