About the Artwork
There is a 'Zen" moment when nature seems to stop and lets you just listen. Sitting on a beach in Tofino the air was so quiet in the early morning...not a rustle, just beauty all around in the stillness. It seemed that I was waiting for the exact moment to press my wet paintbrush to the paper and form the image I was feeling.
