This image is painted after a hike in the Waterton National Park area last fall. The stark yet stunning beauty that was a reflected in the trees after a forest fire swept through the area, really spoke to me. Thus the name, Ashes To Beauty. The sharp bend in the path, draws me in, with that ever curious side that wants to continue the journey and see whats next!
