After a failed attempt to kayak on Lake Louise late last spring ( as the ice had not yet gone out of the lake) we decided to walk around the shoreline. I fell in love with this photo, the amazing colours and unique qualities spoke to me. I so enjoyed creating some cool textures to represent the ruggedness of shoreline and icy, slushy waters. The aqua colours that are famous at this lake never fail to spark my creative energy!
