About the Artwork
Irises, they take my breath away! One morning, I was taken back to my childhood, the moment of love and meaningful gesture.. my grandfather was cutting some flowers and gifting them to my grandmother with a kiss on her hand. My granddad had over 100 varieties of Irises in his garden, various colors and shapes. When I was drawing, I was feeling my grandfather's guidance. At that point in my life, I needed it as I just moved to Canada.
