About the Artwork
This is the view looking east near Polonia , Manitoba coming off the escarpment in western Manitoba. Its rises about 122 meters above the surrounding valley and offers beautiful views on the farms and fields below. 150 years ago my great great grandparents homesteaded beyond this road after a volcano took everything they had in Iceland. I’ve spent many happy days in these parts and return still, year after year.
