This Drawing is, large in dimension, gentle in line-work and soft spoken in its voice. The work is inspired by my roots in Africa and also the beautiful poem “Blessing for a Broken Vessel” by J Richardson. Broken and restored vessels hold so much meaning for people (for me) in a fascinating and powerful way.
