About the Artwork

Clockwork Serenity references Stanley Kubrick’s "A Clockwork Orange", reimagining its themes through symbols of peace, vulnerability, and emotional stillness rather than violence and social decay. Young woman holding an orange fitted with a clock winding key is a symbolic fusion of organic life and mechanical control. The object suggests the tension between natural human emotion and the systems that attempt to regulate or suppress it.
