This expressive abstract landscape highlights the interconnectedness in nature. There is a soft, genial undertone in the gesture of the trees' branches. I've been working on this painting for a few months, working layer by layer and letting each one cure before moving on to the next. The gold glitters magically on the foreground mountain, while the various shapes, lines and and colour choices guide the observer into the distance creating depth and interest.
