Pat Palmer
Nanoose Bay, British Columbia
Nanoose Bay visual artist, Pat Palmer, is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Artward Bound, and the Cathouse Studio.
Pat paints usually in oils and encaustic, and draws in charcoal and pastel.
Her work can be seen at the Art 10 Gallery in Nanaimo.
"I enjoy working from life, pursuing both plein air painting and drawing from live models.
In the studio I am inspired to experiment with encaustics and oils in a very loose abstract style. I have recently begun experimenting with ink and stick."
