About the Artwork
Highlighting the transparency of a turquoize coloured glass pitcher, this painting combines a variety of textures, shapes and shadows. The smoothness of the alabaster eggs, the delicateness of the flowers, the shadow of the combined glass and alabaster on a soft embroidered cloth create a sense of unity in the painting.
