About the Artwork
Built hollow, this ceramic piece reflects the movement of transforming from one reality to the next. Each time we transform we catapult into a new world. For me the magic of art is that each piece I create offers a mirror into my Emotional reality. This sculpture is a return in my work to full body forms.

Bordering between expressionism and realism Copeman's work is also reflective of what is revealed in her dreams. Her work tends to be intuitive rather than conceptual.
