C$1,000
This piece is inspired by my childhood wonder and sense of magic when reading books like Alice in Wonderland, always wondering what's on the other side of the looking glass, through the mirror, or below the surface of the sea. This painting is semi-abstracted, organic and flowing, with a real sense of movement and clear central focal point, drawing the eye to the middle of the rippled pond surface, gazing for something more to perhaps reveal itself upon inspection. This painting is finished in a coordinating dark purple hue on the sides, has a high gloss protective varnish, and is wired and ready-to-hang.

"My aim is to capture brief moments in Nature's enduring history and translate them, along with the emotions they evoke within me, into paint on canvas. Sublime and somewhat veiled. Art allows us, as humans, to explore the mystery of the world around us and seek out tangible answers.""
