This piece is inspired by my deep love of Nature, and the sense of calm that it provides, just gazing upon a sunset's colour palette and the ever-changing, sublime beauty in Canada's varied landscapes. This piece draws inspiration from British Columbia's coastal vistas, as well as nods to the serene marshlands in Sackville, NB, where I attended university. It's vibrant yet refined, comprised of many glazed layers and bold textures for added interest. The painting is painted in a coordinating grey tone on the sides, and is signed, dated and titled on the back. Wired and ready-to-hang.

"My aim is to capture brief moments in Nature's enduring history and translate them, along with the emotions they evoke within me, into paint on canvas. Sublime and somewhat veiled. Art allows us, as humans, to explore the mystery of the world around us and seek out tangible answers.""
