C$520
This small diptych is inspired by Vancouver's coastal seascape and landscapes. It's textured and organic, with a cool, monochromatic blue palette. Each piece measures 10" x 10", for an overall 10" x 20" dimension when placed side by side together. The pieces are semi-abstracted, minimizing the detail and focusing more so on the sense of movement and emotion I felt in the landscape.

"My aim is to capture brief moments in Nature's enduring history and translate them, along with the emotions they evoke within me, into paint on canvas. Sublime and somewhat veiled. Art allows us, as humans, to explore the mystery of the world around us and seek out tangible answers.""
