About the Artwork
Along the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island, hikers are treated to a myriad of visual delights while exploring this rugged area of the coast. At the end of each day, tents are set up, warm camp meals are made, and fellow hikers share stories and laughter with one another. As the night sky gently falls over the ocean, weary hikers are treated to a brilliant grand finale of the day.
