About the Artwork
I like the ambiguity and mystery that this painting implies. The title "Passing Through" can be interpreted in many different ways. It describes my intuitive painting process, which I liken to a journey; as I play with the poetic possibilities of space, I am often surprised at the artwork which emerges.
