About the Artwork
I was fortunate enough to photograph these two swans splashing down on French Lake in Quetico Provincial Park. The photos were taken during the day, but for the painting I changed it to an evening scene, which seemed to better suit the drama of it. The transition from air to water seems so effortless for them.
