I created this acrylic piece while my partner was away training at Depot to be an RCMP officer and we were about to find out where our first posting was. With over 20 different postings all over BC (and though we had listed our preferences the previous week), the next five years of our lives were at the complete mercy of the recruiter. Looking back now, I'm so thankful that our first RCMP home has been Fort St John and am excited to find out where our journey takes us next in the coming years.
