Oil paint is a magical medium with many possibilities and techniques. Exploring colour and the physicality of oil paint keeps me endlessly inspired. I believe in rigorous training and furthering my knowledge every day. My desire to understand composition - structural, value, and color requires a lifetime of study.
"Painting is a journey where much planning is worked out to create an intended theme, emotion. The magic happens along the process - I often arrive at unintended destinations."
