Hand-cutting and layering paper, Christina Peressini explores how two and three dimensions, working in tandem, can spark wonder and curiosity. Her practice is inspired by coastal living and over two decades working as a graphic designer with an early focus on paper goods and print design. She now uses paper to capture her impressions of the world in new and unexpected ways. Light and shadow are intangible but critical components that bring this work to life.
