Elizabeth A Evans

Gibsons, British Columbia

Elizabeth has been a professional full time working artist for over 60 years with numerous solo exhibitions and awards for her work. She was classically trained and mentored at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts by Arthur Lismer (Group of Seven). His influence is seen in many of her paintings, especially the "Brickilism" style she developed in 2000.

Her work has been distributed worldwide by UNICEF and the Save the Children Fund and is found in the collections of many museums, organizations and individuals worldwide who enjoy the special moments she creates in each work she creates. Moments that resonate with the soul.
"I am inspired by nature and the resilient creatures who inhabit our wild places"
