Painted while overlooking the ocean this expression manifests the exciting embrace of a place and its inspirations. Warm and cool tones mingle and repetition of colour play out as movements along a rocky shore. Along with flowing brushwork I also used various tools to indicate the textures I felt. It became a way of painting the landscape into abstraction.
