About the Artwork

"Mayhem and Mystery" embodies an enigmatic atmosphere through the medium of cyanotype. The cyanotype process lends itself well to capturing the essence of the unknown, with its deep, rich tones creating an almost otherworldly ambiance. Within the cyanotype, hints of chaos and disorder are subtly suggested, through abstract botanical forms and dynamic patterns. Torn paper dance across the surface, adding to the sense of mayhem, while also leaving much to the imagination.
