Christine Kashuba
Artist, Instructor, Facilitator
Christine loves to explore alternative artistic processes primarily in the world of printmaking with Cyanotypes. On a sunny day you will find her wandering around outside looking for shapes, shadows and objects to create this artwork. Initially she used plants and their shadows to create these graphic blue and white images. Now Christine combines painting, drawing, photo negatives, found objects, shadows and botanicals in her creative process combining these different methods to create nuances in the artwork.
Graduating from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2009 with majors in printmaking and photography Christine continues to create innovative and distinctive artwork.
