Maria Josenhans, SFCA, is a Vancouver-based landscape painter working in oil both en plein air and in the studio. With a career spanning four decades, her work bridges realism and abstraction, shaped by her love of the outdoors. She has won multiple PleinAir Salon awards, including Best Nocturne (2024) and 1st Overall (2023). Her exhibitions include The Quality of Light (The Avenue Gallery, 2023) and group shows with the Oil Painters of America. Widely exhibited and awarded, she is celebrated for capturing light, atmosphere, and memory.
