About the Artwork
From time to time I enjoy breaking away from reality and experiment with my subject. I am a committed gardener when I'm not painting and my subjects are often botanical in nature.
This is one of my favourite abstracts and as you can see a little botanical influence supported the final outcome.the depth of colour created mystery and the subtle light filtering through gave it life.
