Inspired by our rocky escarpment, “Finding your way through” is a piece that evokes the struggle and resilience of navigating the rugged landscape - both physical and emotional. Hints of geometric forms and abstract structures imply remnants of a civilization or pathways yet to be discovered. The interplay of organic and rigid shapes reinforces the theme of struggle and adaptation. The painting on the whole conveys a journey, a search for direction amongst uncertainty.
