About the Artwork
Quadrangles I is an example of Perceptual Art, in this case intended to get the viewer’s eye to react to visual stimuli in an unexpected manner. Three dimensionality and movement are created through use of pattern, colour and contrast. The unconventional substrate shape enhances visual depth and creates significant dynamic tension.
