Built through multiple passes of paint, this work focuses on reducing the still-life elements to essential shapes and colour interactions. I shifted between transparent and opaque layers to refine the placement of the flowers, vessel, and bowl. The painting explores how small changes in hue, edges, and value can shape the overall rhythm of the composition.
