About the Artwork

Bustin Broncs is a drawing of a saddle bronc rider trying his best to stay on a bucking horse, the tail and mane of the horse give a sense of action and motion, there are areas loaded with detail, such as the bronc rein, and then less direct but still powerful detail in the horses body. This is a nice large drawing that captures the imagination really putting a person in the moment.

Jody Herman

Cecil Lake, British Columbia

I am a self taught artist originally from Northern Alberta, I now live in Northern BC not far from where I grew up. I specialize mainly in authentic western/country themed graphite art, pulling ideas from events that I have been to, or am a part of and from memories.

"The inspiration for my artwork comes from the authentic western life that my family and I live. I pull ideas from memories and local events that happen in our area and everyday life. I enjoy sharing those memories with people and it inspires me to keep creating."
