About the Artwork
I created the composition to this still life with items that belonged to my mother. Her favourite tea cup and her treasured books. It is a wonderful memory I have of her.

Cher Pruys, SFCA
Devlin, Ontario
Cher is a hyperrealism artist who finds beauty in everything around her, often in the most mundane subjects, overlooked by others. She takes the ordinary and with technical precision and focus, elevates them into a work of art.
"“To take my inner visions with my hands and create a work of art for you the viewer….that is the ultimate in self-expression."
